I think my bank already released the 1st paymet to developer. When i checked online,there is new loan acc in my maybank2u acc.

Maybe u can contact SA.but for sure,type b and c already sold out.

I also hv recieved letter from dev but nothing from bank yet.

Yup,already received from developer.

I hv asked SA, she said that almyra phase 2 expected to be launch on 15 May. They will launch block 4 which consist of type a,b and c.

How about highrise?how many unit left or fully sold out?

The email stated block 2 which consist of type a,b and c. If im not mistaken,only 2 out of 4 that have type b and c. So remaining two that will be launch after this phase will only have type a.

Better get type c,4 bedrooms..hahaha. I hv bought 1 unit of type c last time...hehehe. Cant afford to buy landed house for now,just working less than 3 years..

Wow, almyra's phase 2 have 3 units of type c for each floor. Even bungalow layout!! Quite different with original plan which is only 2 units for each floor.
