Good News - Our MBB 2 AMEX  now has MSOS SafeKey.

I wanted to purchase Air Asia ticket and was rejected because I needed to activate AMEX MSOS SafeKey.

So I called MBB CS and registered for the MSOS for my AMEX. Within minutes I received an SMS informing that my registration has been successful and immediately I can purchase the Air Asia tickets.

Sometimes month-end transactions seem to be slower to show on M2U... but still posted the same day.

Have quick checked with the MBB account, maybe today flow on weekends, the cash back for Amex is still haven't out yet, how about you guys??

Updated oledi with the cash back amount... This month budget got discount a bit lor...

if you transfer telco service provider, you need to inform MBB because they need to do something at the system.

i had the same issue of couldn't receive SMS after changing telco, i called then only i know that i need to inform them of the change

Noob question here... If i got fixed allowance and it was included in the annual income... but my company only pay epf for my basic pay but fixed allowance not pay epf... can still apply for it???
