Agoda goes wrong the other day when I booked via MBB Amex, the discount didnt show up, so I dropped Agoda CS a mail then ta-da~ the discount came back ..

last weekend bought something from GNC Gurney Penang via mbb2amex, they double charged me.. same transaction date but different posting date..

Call up CS and they need 5-7 working days to investigate

my double charge on Jan 19 is reversed too... think it should be mbb system flaw since so many ppl got it.
