faster than previous using original LG adapter, last time takes 30min extra longer than current. around 2.5hours with no wifi/data/apps background only capable fully charge.

Stock launcher cant set, you have to download Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher to do that.

Chill, Just go home and charge it(using LG charging adapter) for couples hours like 4-8hours, then try to boot it again.

Reason, possible your car charger unable to charge your Nexus 4 + your battery already miscalibrate. So is fall under 0% of battery, give it a try before further.

They only charge your back glass for money, the power button wont charge you since you still in the period of warranty.

My first Android smartphone is this Nexus 4, and I also same like your thought after I bought using it.

Heat? Yeah on stock, but can be fixed on custom rom/kernel, you know why? because stock rom, the Nexus 4 always turn on 4 core run all the time even on small matter. sweat.gif
Normally on stock rom/kernel, heat happen on Sync/3G/Charging sometime. Same goes to battery life can be improve by flashing custom kernel. Fix those heavy wakelock problem then no more worry.

If is local LG Malaysia set, call the LG Malaysia Service Center, tell them your IMEI number of your Nexus 4, should be able to track warranty left. Or you can try to ask your seller where he/she did the warranty registration through Online/Post. Malaysia LG Nexus 4 is made in Korea.
