maybe it was because of the bootloader and modem version (aka baseband version) is still .97. that is the baseband version for android kitkat. when u flashed cm10.2, did u also flash jb baseband .84? if not here we go. http://d-h.st/IIf .. make sure you have a nandroid backup before flashing.
before that u can check ur baseband version whether it is .97 or .84. go setting>about phone, and see the last pair of numbers at the baseband version.

Wait for 4.4.1 factory image to land, then flash the system.img.

im on NEXUS 5 PORT 4.4 KRT16S odexed rom..

notice a few issues,
wifi was slow, data plan was slow, speedtest show telecommunications issues (but whatsapp is working)
chrome kept show couldnt connect to www.google.com, but can surf at lyn forum..

dear /nexus4/ , i just lost my n4. tried using google device manager to locate the phone, but no avail. end up wiping the phone.

u need update latest twrp so that u can flash cm11. mine cant start download through goo. manual download stucked at 99% . luckily i can update my twrp using rom toolbox lite . now safe on cm11. need to find a way to enable pie control.

those who on stock 4.4, your lockscreen status bar and navigation bar is black or transparent? i remembered when i was on 4.4 those bars are black now updated to 4.4.1 they become transparent

yes i know that, last time during 4.4 i used GEL and nova beta, the homescreen gets transparent statusbar and navigation bar but not the lockscreen, now in 4.4.1 the lockscreen gets transparent statusbar and navigation bar WITHOUT GEL or any other 3rd party launcher, i noticed that once i updated to 4.4.1

anyone how why did my phone notification light is not working ? whatsap , line , charging and so .even though i installed light flow, still the same problem . but led light is functioning (tested with light flow)

internal SD wont be wipe... Use CWM and do a wipe/ factory, wipe cache and dalvik ... flash and you are ready to go
