QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Nov 15 2013, 03:44 PM) Navigate to the folder where you installed adt. From that folder navigate to sdk->platform-tools Both adb & fastboot file will be there. In my case I installed my adt in C:\adt\sdk\platform-tools directory & just added a system path to this directory. This way I can execute adb in cmd without the need to navigate to this directory everytime I want to flash. Forever stuck at this. And my Nexus 4 only goes up 'till Start splash screen of bootloader. QUOTE(kuroda1226 @ Nov 15 2013, 04:53 PM) anyone knew how to connect nexus 4 to laptop's ad hoc network? i try created adhoc in computer before but somehow android devices cannot detect the wireless so i doubt the encryption technology might get difference for both devices (most of the pc). So i use a simple application on windows that can easily hotspot to the android devices. try download it from http://www.mhotspot.com/ This post has been edited by nightwalkertzs: Nov 15 2013, 03:57 PM

Now I'm at this window after launching flash-all script. And my screen is shown 'Downloading...' It's been like this for 10 minutes already. QUOTE(Ashhh @ Nov 15 2013, 04:35 PM) How long does it take for you guys to finish flash all of it? should not take more than 10 minutes. after every reboot, you should see that same android "Start" bootloader screen in your phone. if still not working, capture your "fastboot" folder, just wanna check what kind of files you have in that folder.

hmm then that should be no problem...or in other way round, try follow cowithgun guide by doing manually rather than using script execution..
