I agree with what lauyah too...both party have their reason. But due to buyer getting pressure from boss, he really have to push things hard. Due to seller having some illness, he made mistakes. It's all understanable.

As for revoking the safetrade status, depends on how strict the mods want to enforce them. Seller did made some very minor mistake but personally for me, I think that mistake is not that great to cause his safetrade tag revoked.
