Wheel Noise, Very Noisy After Change

Hi to all d sifu... My new city with stock rims & tyre with conti cpc2 185/55/16... I change to aftermarket 15 rims & tyre michelin ps3 195/55/15...
The wheel is very very noisy jz after i change... Ani idea wat is going on? Izit possible with d center cone? The rims? Or the tyre? As i understand PS3 is not that noisy... My tyre is quite new so should be not harden problem... Thx in advance...

could it be cpc2 is much more quiet than ps3, thats why you feel the difference
suppose 16 downgraded to 15 will become more quiet and comfort

The center cone and sport rim wont make any noise
Either tire noise or wheel bearing damage

If its vibration, it could be balancing, the centre cone or uneven tire. If it's noise, its simply bad tires. Some tires are noisy, some are quiet.
The PS3's are performance oriented, they are somewhat noisier. CPC2 are comfort tires, so they are much more quiet...

den i guess it would be my tyre den... as bearing i duno think is spoil as it is new... very quite using stock tyre... when they install d center cone... it seems not quite fitted... they jz force it in with d wind gun...
