that compartment will not affect air bag ?

What is the idle speed for your almera? Mine seems to hover ard 1.1-1.2k. Seems rather high, shouldn't it be 700 rpm?

To all almera owners, can u guys share why u all choose almera instead of the vios or city? How's the fc compare to those 2? Quite interested in almera, but wan to know more..

tips:

yesterday when I wind down my window on the driver side. when I want to wind up, it will not auto up.
I panic and plan to go to Nissan service centre today to check.
luckily I met 1 of my friend who ever work with Nissan service before.
this is what you should do.

1st do not panic and calm down.
2nd start your car.
3rd wind the window all the way down, then wind up again till close. remember when you wind up, do not let go of the switch; hold it for more than 30 sec. then the problem will be solve.

reason behind : that day when I send for radiator warranty, they dismantle the battery. so all the memory of all electrical component been wipe out.

time/radio/trip A&B reading/ normally ppl say it also reset your ECU & now the auto wind up & down window memory too ^^.

so whoever face the same issue, hope u try this out before go and screw the SA/service centre cheers... happy Saturday.

Guys, i went throught this thread and seems like almera is a problematic car? Worse than proton? Bearing, air cond fan, rattling sounds like very frequent, almost on every car.. Like always got issue de car..

Reason I ask is because there are too many complaints bout this issue over here, not several.. And always the same problems..

Other thread like vios or city also have their fair share of problems, but theirs is not tie down to 2 or 3 popular prob..
