as usual we (the people outside USA) always get shafted with maintainence time. taken from a good example , World of warcraft has it maintainence on 6.00am US time which = to 8.00pm malaysia time

better, try using the baur,
1/2 the time my pilum cant even shoot.
heck everything turns bad with bad ping.
(i would like to thank local servers for screwing up my ability to tolerate ping)

Expansion pack = new exe
booster pack = new map but same exe

Eg : to start SF you need to run the SF exe.
