very good victory against a tough and organized side. Etoo goal was a reminiscent of former himself..Hazard brace was typical Hazard..Oscar goal was classic and put the cherry on top.
Now back to 2nd spot. JM, what a brave man to take huge risk subbing out a LB for a striker.. |

I personally believe that Rami deserves a share amount of credit given to Torres. He's everywhere on the pitch running tirelessly. He's the reason why Yaya Toure were keep quite last nite. On top of that, the cross that Torres got blunder was a delicate, especially for someone who claimed lack of technical ability

Arsenal next fixtures :
1. Chelsea (H) 2. Liverpool (H) 3. Dortmund (A) 4. M.United (A) 5. Soton (H) I reckon they wouldn't take things too seriously against us in COC. Some key players in the likes of Ozil, Giroud, Ramsey probably will get rested. Hence, i think it's the best time to rest some of ours too. Mata, KDB, Essien should getting a notch in this one |

QUOTE(sickx @ Oct 30 2013, 08:25 AM) there's still pride to play for. if he take the game seriously, he would have started with all five in the first team. point taken bro I just happen to have a thought that in recent years, Carling or Capital One Cup has been the best platform for Arsenal to utilize their youth players. On top of that, with upcoming tough fixtures for them, I presumed that Arsene will be more cautious with their best players. or perhaps it was just Chelsea, not some barbaric club of Stoke |

QUOTE(kimirockz @ Oct 30 2013, 11:35 AM) Newcastle away. Hope we don't get our ourselves too complacent. Pretty sure JM will keep the players in focus. With the current 2nd team, I'm just afraid there will hardly any space for our youngster and all the loaned players. |

QUOTE(Mondo Socialist @ Oct 30 2013, 05:10 PM) Chelsea was definitely the better team yesterday. The way they play by parking the bus and then hoofing the ball clear while waiting for any 4 players run up the field is the true sign of champions. Arsenal on the other hand was completely inferior. All they do is play beautiful football trying to penetrate chelsea's great wall of $1billion and putting on some intricate highly technical one two passes and through ball only 2 be broken up by one of the 10 chelsea players in the six yard box. Well done Chelsea. omg. what's wrong with this guy, JT did his mom or what? |

like Ichi was saying, football banter is normal. But this guy is just talking crrap about our team. Come on, where's the sportmanship? where's the act of class? give credit where it's due.

no sarcasm, literally Oscar should've been taken out earlier. Too many complacent passes. Willian is much better replacement. anyway, losing another 3 valuable pts at this stage is disappointing but we pretty much still in the race. no need to feel too dejected,. |

QUOTE(Mondo Socialist @ Nov 3 2013, 01:29 AM) wtf ? spend £2 billion on buying and hogging players from other team still can't win ? tulah, next time must play positive football instead of back passing, park the bus or hoof the ball. bosan betul see chelski "play". watch golf better. hi mr. envy, where's your UCL trophy? oh yeah..you'll came back with the dusty gold EPL trophy..anyway back to the game, I noticed at one point Mata was open but Oscar opted for difficult pass rather than give the ball to Mata. COMPLACENT is the right word for last nite match. We could win against an attacking team, but we struggle against physical with pressure team. Everton and now Newcastle. |

after this we have a list of winnable fixtures with the likes of Wes Brom, West Ham, Southampton, Sunderland, Stoke. however, if we play like last night then we can say sayonara to BPL already because all these team are mid table team and they're really hard to beat.

Ramires just taking chances. There's a slight contact but I don't think it warrant a penalty.
That being said, Wes Brom doesn't deserve all 3 pts either. Draw is fair result. But the penalty is not. |

QUOTE(chillis_x @ Dec 3 2013, 01:31 AM) pity Hazard wasted that chance, would be some assist though.Based on my observation, if both Mata and Oscar start together one of them will tend to be just average. None of them can work on the right nor left ala Hazard/ Willian. Next match probably can rest Oscar and let Mata dictate from center, Hazard as usual on the LW and Willian/ Shurrle on the RW. |
