moreover, she is still a girl. Girl are full of emotions.
if my assumption is correct, she is not fully angry at you.. just she does not want to be wronged.. if she had not putting effort, how come your relationship still stands till 10mths? if there was an answer, it was that you, TS is weighing her performance in relationship..and then question her about her, not performing at times.. and that makes her feel wronged..
