It's not only the Paradigm Mall. It's also the location and accessibility of KJ. Once the LRT 2 extension line is start operating, the value will sure increase.

FYI, the LRT 2 Station 3 - Glenmarie Station is right opposite Kelana Business Centre. It's less than 1 km from this new station to Paradigm Mall. I believe Paradigm will sure do something to cater these ppl. My 2 cents!
