Gamuda Land has a 4.9-acre of FREEHOLD land in Kelana Jaya. The development will offer serviced suites with built-ups between 450 and 750 sq ft. The estimated prices are from RM850 psf, subject to the time that it will be launched.

Developer will make it affordable in terms of loan value, hence they build shoeboxes. But PSF will not be cheap as this is FREEHOLD Kelana Jaya which is rare item, and KJ could easily hit RM1,000 psf once LRT extension done.
And demand is unexpectedly high!

Saw the site recently. Now is a jungle. Long piece of land.
As you come out from Giant Kelana Jaya, you'll see the empty land.

Kelana Jaya market is very slow nowadays... and the commercial shops here is risky. For own stay its fine. For rental wise, don't think can cover atm.
Will be good if Gamuda Land can redevelop the GIANT Mall and the linked it with Paradigm. Oh apparently there's already a proposal. Haha.

OK for own stay.
Check wats Gamuda plans to widen the internal road there. And wats Gamuda plans for the retail lots?
Some people will prefer leasehold Paradigm due to the attractions of its integrated concepts and a better mall. Highpark is freehold.
