Tikaram Boss, is it confirmed? Now they are only giving 5% if fulfill their requirement of signing SPA within a period of time.

Personally thinking this is definitely a cold cake. SP Setia is giving 10:90 package, Gamuda give 20:80? Why Gamuda always one step slower? Predicting more good deals upon VP, either from subsales or developer drop price.

Really?

Sales staff said 5%. 1% more if is return customer. Gamuda don't like to give much rebates. Like their landed props, zero rebate. Take it or leave it.

20:80 is the same concept as 10:90 from Sp Setia but just more down payment. Which rely puzzle me.

Congrats to Tikaram boss for your early bird package! But I don't think it's 80% booked. It's probably 50% more or less. Second tower still not launch yet.
