One thing i notice that most service apartments, the lobby area is either non existing or badly decorated.

I havent been to many.....but generally this is the case.

fast forward 5 years,,,,,,i don't think the price has moved much from 860psf in subsale. I could be damned wrong.

glomac boulevard and panaroma also selling now abt the same price.

I think megan rise pushes over 900psf....but don't know what rebate given,

AraTre is relatively speaking 'cheap' compared to other ara Damansara highrises, BUT

its on formerly landfill.
you should compare the price with Pacific Place which bearing break 500psf now (do check latest subsales, mine not up to date)

sits next to smelling monsoon drainage.

ex landfill, ex mining land, ex golf course all lisholds. swan land also lishold.

all I know is agricultural land is freehold,

when developer finised ara tre they will and can apply for lease to return to 99 years minus the period of construction, if developer is willing to pay for lease renewal.
