wow... this thread is kinda inactive. Just want to post a question here. Why is it that Pentas 4's asking price is lower than Pentas 2? Kinda the same asking price as Pentas 1.

taman eng ann is a very old township. no new houses located there. also, I believe the crime rate is quite high there also.

If I'm not mistaken Pentas 1 completion was early or mid 2013.

This project seems to be more of a failure. Pentas Property prices keeps dipping, even though not a lot but still dipping.

No new commercial development in the area.

good for family environment. Somewhat secluded but still quite near to the city. Only thing is that if the price could go up faster.
