Premium.. I won’t use the word premium. I would describe it as quiet and secluded. Premium means different thing to different people. Some feel desapark is premium, I feel that’s just a place many outsiders like to come hangout. You can see evening full of people at the park outside the housing areas. Probably half are not even staying there. To me that’s not premium that’s like a landfill, people from everywhere else come fill up your taman. LOL. SP Setia compete their master plan, it will be so cheap? The cluster is semi-D. As I’ve said the commercials are coming — you can see the construction now.
1.3m is published price. HOC means 10% discount by developer, and other goodies. Below 1M can get terrace. I don’t think Alam Impian ever sold any semi D below 1M by developer. The current price doesn’t take into account the future development. At least not yet.
SP is serious about Alam Impian. That’s the only tip I can give you. As SP adds more commercial, the overall pricing of the township will increase as it becomes more vibrant. Of course SP also want to sell houses at a higher price maaaaaaa.
Anyway I have no doubt SP will be able to sell.
