Hai.
I think the biggest problem in losing weight is the appetite to eat.
If we can eat less...better.
But to do it naturally is difficult.
Either you went for an operation to tighten (doctor use a metal ring to squeeze top of your stomach) your stomach or go on a diet.

Any specific NO-SIDE EFFECTS medication?

there is no medicine without side-effects..

there is medication to suppress appetite called SIBUTRAMINE (Reductil).. but it is used as adjunct medication and bmi>30

... just discipline yourself to eat what you need instead of going on drugs. why rely on medication for something you can easily control.

yup really agree with malaysianpotato... there is no safe medicine.. and medicine is used when benefits outweight risks is justified... its not tat they dont have any risks..

reductil is a prescription only medicine... it is only used as a last resort drug for obesity.. its a drug acting at central nervous system (cns).. u might not want to mess wit ur cns lo..
