QUOTE(Raikkonen @ Jun 7 2006, 06:40 PM) Hai. there is no medicine without side-effects..I think the biggest problem in losing weight is the appetite to eat. If we can eat less...better. But to do it naturally is difficult. Either you went for an operation to tighten (doctor use a metal ring to squeeze top of your stomach) your stomach or go on a diet. Any specific NO-SIDE EFFECTS medication? there is medication to suppress appetite called SIBUTRAMINE (Reductil).. but it is used as adjunct medication and bmi>30 |

... just discipline yourself to eat what you need instead of going on drugs. why rely on medication for something you can easily control.

QUOTE(Raikkonen @ Jun 8 2006, 01:51 AM) easy to do when you have a 6'6" 230pound muscle bound drill sergeant screaming in your ear every mistake you make... give it a try side effects are constant running for miles occasionally with 60+pounds of gear in uncomfortable to run in boots and getting shot at seriously though, skip the drugs. there are usually two reasons for eating too much, one being your mental/emotional state(be it poor self esteem, depression, stress, blablabla), two being your body(once you get used to eating alot, you'll keep eating alot). the first one is hard to cure and you'll probably need to talk to someone. the second is easy to cure, simply force yourself to eat less and have a friend whack you over the head with a kendo stick everytime you over eat or grab snacks when you shouldnt. QUOTE luckily, even i eat a lot or not, my weight wont increase or decrease. so i can eat how many i want. i hate you. This post has been edited by malaysianPotato: Jun 8 2006, 02:37 AM |
