for sure will sold out for DSL and semi D today...because even the extra queue number that given is more than 200oledy....so only can hope for the chnace if got loan reject unit...

The whole process is smooth and peaceful, dun see any arguement between customers and sales agents... All looks busy but happy....i even saw some uncle aunty start to take a leisure walk at the park besides the welcome center...seems like live here oledy...anyway, good place for family onw stay...i am for sure in next 2-5 years, this will become a very pleasant township...

notice there is huge plot of land reserve for commercial at the main entrance for SEH...wonder will it built something like setia city mall???any insider news???

cheapest is pallida 2, start from 408k...i got pallida 1 below 420k with very nice unit number.........just pay 10% dwonpayment..the rest of the fee all absorve by developer...and DIBS....

landed confirm with guard house, and sp setia in progress to get mpkj approval to built the fenced as gated...

i think all double storey link sold out...

I put myself into the shoe of a potential buyer, if I really wanna buy it for own, since the price is well fair compare to any other new landeds, I would do all my best to skip my work and try to secure a unit for future home.

If I am buying it for investment, I very hopeful to get one but I will put myself off if I needed to go NOW when the SMS arrives at wee hour or early morning.

I think this is good strategy in order to reduce the investor but more own stay buyers..imagine if let say sp setia inform 1 week earlier, sure lots of big bosses will try his best to arrange all the relatives that he can use to help to queue up since early morning....

so with this sudden surprise strategy..if u are the real buyer who wish to buy for own stay, and u only need 1 unit, u will not mind to take a day off in order to secure the unit...those big bosses of course cannot suddenly arrange so many relatives to help him to submit the cheuqe..and himself come alone also only can submit one cheque on his own...so one unit not enough for investor la..normally will just give it a pass...so more units will leave it for real own stay buyers...

o..if 1 husband, 1 wife, then is ok..because still obey to the rules that one name for one unit only...

because i remember during the unit selection, sp setia stuff got announce a name, and he said this name submitted 1 cheque for DSL and one cheque for semi D and, this is not allow, this particular person only can chose either semiD or DSL...cannot use his own single name to buy both...
