The asthma or choke culprit is engine, even my BLM will feel choking and the engine piston is like being 'glued' if i terus cabut after cold start. Normally after 2 bars (around 2 minutes) the engine will feel smoother.

Not to scare you, ur FLX now still new, wait it older, guarantee engine vibrate like old cabby car during cold start due to no auto rev function.

his recommended battery shop, rm160; rm150 if trade in old battery.

dunno, better ask my brother davidke20 but IINM, Ultramax much expensive than marathoner.

i hope marathoner can last > 2 years.

battery last more than 2 years is sufficient for me.

Now the battery performance will only go down nia. If everday drive and charge it, should be ok.
But if left few days wihout charging, the battery discharge quickly and later cannot start.

there are 2 types of battery.
1) wet battery
2) dry battery

1) wet battery got 2 types
a) serviceable wet battery of commonly told as wet battery
b) maintenance free wet battery or maintenance free battery ( most people misleading MF battery as dry battery)

2) dry battery

how to differentiate
wet battery - the cap is noticable, and the body is transparent
MF - cap is hidden by stickers.

dry battery - no cap at all.

wet battery - need frequent refill battery water
MF - actually no need refill. wait until water dried up, battery kong, then change new.
that's why people thought it is dry battery.
the thing we top-up water is we are cheapjing enough like myself want to prolong battery life.

My Ramcar batt3 now 2yrs 6mths...

Voltage drops fr 12.2 to 11.6/11.7 overnight!!
However recently tested under load 2b 10+V...so still ok lo...
Batt3 shop guy said if only 9V, then got prob & need 2change liao!

Yup, best 2run engine @least once a day if not use car 4>1 day...juz 2bring its charge back up...
Me do dat under such circumstances...run engine till rad fan starts & stops...
Works so far...

but don't call it semi wet jor. plain wrong.

battery water is normal water. inside battery contain lead-acid, IINM.
so becareful when suck the lead-acid.

should remember that MF battery cap is prastic. so if continuous unscrew /screw the cap will result in cap became loosen. IMO.

ruby, be careful when draw out the battery water.....I have kena 1 time before when a battery case exploded and the battery water kena my skin....you won't like it I tell u....itchy and becomes red the skin....end up go see skin doctor because of that...

dun worry, at the moment the battery explode, ruby will angkat his woof woof up to use as shield
