sure you can. it's better if you bring cases like this to tribunal and let them get what they deserve. but since it takes time to report etc, I prefer confronting them 1st. I was really busy during that time. I'd be a whole lot stricter when it comes to situation like that. But that one lesson taught me la. and now I will try my best to avoid Asus products again, especially their tabs. Next Nexus 10 is rumored to be manufactured by Asus. Avoid it like a plague. Let those early adopters test it 1st.

maybe because your fault is something that they knew they had to replace. My unit was having a minor fault, the left mic one was faulty and sometimes it could register our voice input and sometimes it simply couldn't. They refused to change the unit, instead tried to convince me it was a software problem. Long story short, they had no idea of what caused it. I told them many times the left mic, the left mic lol but they were kinda langsi and blur ones. And the 1st service took a freaking one month for them to settle the left mic problem. and when I got it, it wasn't resolved.
