my 1st S3 bought on Oct 2012...alredi lost track on all the checking d.... btw, how to enter the service screen to check on all the function ?

around RM600 screen replacement frm samsung .... no way to repair, only replace it

Ops.. I mean replace anyway. I guess I just tell my friend to buy a new phone would be better instead of replace the screen.

Hi. My S3 keep rebooting by itself even without even pushing the power button after I plugged in the battery. I couldn't get into recovery mode. It restart and stuck at "samsung galaxy s iii i9300" screen. Is there any solution?

Screen replacement is RM490 lah. I just only replaced my screen few months ago

1. Try wipe cache first.
2. Then factory reset. ..

After I enetered recovery mode, the phone restarts by itself. I couldnt choose any option.

Hi. it's been a week since my phone dropped into a sink with water. My motherboard is kinda bruised and screen completely black but can still touch the s creen when turned on. Any solutions to repair? I don't mind spending money but definitely not more than 1k.
Any help will be appreciated.

If you using stock rom, try ODIN to flash first then do the 2 steps.

Okay, I suspect that it's hardware problem because I am able to boot into recovery screen just by pushing on vol up+home screen (without power button). The phone keep restart maybe due to this problem. I could get into recovery or download mode, but restart by itself. I'm still on warranty, but there is "!" on the left corner. So they might void my warranty. Any suggestion?

Better buy new one or second hand..

wah, rm 600?? new one also cost rm 1099 at onegadget. i got mine from there. ok larh the service. they got good customer service.

any of you currently using aosp rom? need one that rock hard stable, although not near stock rom, not battery hungry. currently trying to set up slimbean 4.2.2 build 8. doesn't look promising with the aosp keyboard keep force closing on me right after the flash. had to install swiftkey.

used slimbean 4.3 before but android os kept draining my battery like shit.
what to do?
