Yup, what attract me is the stock keycaps and side LED. Looks like standard layout. Come with braided cable too. And the design not bad. I think this keyboard mainly aim gamers. But for those who want professional minimal look, I think they will think this is ugly.

switches, stabs - check

pcb, plate - check

stickers, assembly - check

now to brainstorm about the casing. if using ps2avr87, the usb port is at the side. most currently available alu casing usb at center. hmm.gif

One doesn't simply ignore the advantages of costar stabiliser, pbt keycaps and tkl layout.

Maxkeyboard? They used to be same oem as razer, that is iOne.

But now from the layout, directing wire and also double injection backlit keycaps, seems like they now using the oem of ducky zero or amargedon hornet.

I read in china forums that Zero shine actually not as good as zero.

Yar, iOne is famous and old in making mech kb, but their reputation isn't too great with their previous lines of keyboard till Razer Blackwidow era.

They are capable of making good keyboards too, but their qc isn't good enough. Worse is all their board are using 1.5x modifier and 6x spacebar.

i believe it's the metal plate that they use in keycool. makes the bottoming out sound really orgasmic (i can't imagine how it's like on kmac...ugh!)
and yes, typing on those big modifiers with costar stabs on metal plate gives a better feel compared to cherry stabs.

fuah...gamer look and lala bling bling quite strong in this one. but the doubleshot backlit key is gooding, plus legend doesn't look overly gamer. (except the winkey which uses their "gamer" look logo.)
but why the heck they no use red switch!

Those plates that allow switches to be reopened are a menace.
How many times do you change the springs?

It allows the switches to be pulled out when you have a slightly tight keycap.

Yup, it is useful when your keycaps are tight and pulled out the switch stem together.

You can then remove the top case of switch and reinsert the stem rather than dismantle the whole board and disorder to fix a switch.

The pull out of a stem is not the plate's fault. It will come out due to the keycaps stuck too tight on the stem.

if using ps2avr87 pcb, this casing will not fit since its usb connector is at the side, not center.

on GH drawings available so far are from the universal ones.

found more drawings on kbdmania. found housing for TRiK pcb, but got so many layers, i think its for acrylic.

ok found for ps2avr87 also.
