QUOTE(Namgor2006 @ Feb 12 2007, 04:51 PM) hi, i'm new in keeping arowana..... the next thing that u need after tank, pump n filter is the ARO. next is your TLC = tender loving care. anyone can advise what are the basic requirements to start with besides having an aquarium (>2ft long), air pump and water filter? thanks. it's my dream to keep arowana as pet ( i think i will start with pearl arowana or silver). |

QUOTE(aljebat @ Feb 13 2007, 03:39 PM) yap. Pale coz of wrong light bulb la. my light is pinkish.. difficult to see the real color. need to "fire" white color to see the real gold. btw my fish still small la dude. u can see the TB and compare. hahaha ... really, there are 6 pcs of TB, but now left 2 pcs only Jebat, if u looking for lights try white light which is Hi-Glo or you can try Sun-Glo which give you yellow sun color to your tank.i add rm450 for this RTG.. me dun have "big" budget la.. |

This tiger fish especially siamese tiger is a very awesome fish. from my reading, i've found that this type of fish can change its color from yellow/black to gray/black when it stress. Also, siamese tiger is a good companion to the aro.

It is quite cute oso. hehe... I rather get an indo tiger than the american tiger. U r right. Those "4 Bars Tigers" fr A1 are actually Indon Tiger, not Siamese. Damm! @#$%&. Siamese only 3 thick Bars. Afterall no way Siamese be obtain for RM20 not even in Bangkok market. Cant complain about the price though since XL is selling the same thing for RM58. Now it's listed under endangered species in Thailand and export was banned since Dec. last year.
