QUOTE(saif_bear @ Dec 10 2006, 12:10 AM) hehe.. thank God that your aro already ok. Next time don't upset him again. Madstone, i think the banjar red just a normal red not like blood or chili red. maybe because of the colour not really attractive, thats why it is cheaper. And there are amny type of WF at XL. Many variety for u to choose. monitoring until sunday evening....if ok den will feed

QUOTE(saif_bear @ Dec 10 2006, 11:33 PM) My aro don't eat worms la. Always give them crickets. hehe.. QUOTE(saif_bear @ Dec 10 2006, 11:57 PM) my aro only eat meal worms...he said no to shrimps, no to fish.... QUOTE(ChelseaFan @ Dec 10 2006, 11:25 PM) Reflection or no reflection, its genetic. Secondly do not feed ur Aro with fatty diet(meal worms/ super worms). If ur Aro is obese, am afraid there might be fatty tissue in the eye socket. mind telling me where you got this info from ? i don know which is true la...LFS here told me not to feed too often with shrimps...because they are at the bottom cause your aro to keep looking at the bottom....thats why drop eye.....
they suggest for floating food or pallet...thats why some people place ping pong balls in their tank to keep them looking up...

there is 2 kind of people who buy red:
1. who buys the aro when it is just about 6 inch. high risk taker usually is a pro in selecting aro.
2. who buys around 8-10 inch where red aro start to show sign of red development. less risk of the red turn out to be orange! willing to pay a little more extra for gurantee red.
I am in the group 2. hahaha

Most of ppl didnt put sand in their Aros setup...easier to clean water without sand rite? furthermore can reduce the algae growth ... the 2 fish is bottom feeders...help to eat some poop of the aro....mistaken for pallet lol don have sand lar....just reflection that makes it look black
