Guys, is it worth to buy bigger air pump to develop more bubbles & oxygen?
since my JAR still breathing heavily sweat.gif
*
bro...
from my POV....
pumping air too much dun help ur aros "breathing" probs...
even my aros still having the same probs.. as long is healthy is enuf dude...
FYI.. if u pump too much air will cause the aros "preasure" coz it need to swim harder against the aeration in tanks...
then if ur aos having "preasure" sympstoms... dun get headache aaa......

bro... ur pump is enuff... keep ur money for soemthing valueable.... might be u need it in the future....

just my 2cents

I wonder if HBRTG can open it scales up to the 6th Level? Any opinion guys..  notworthy.gif

got some cases.. but this very rare.. usually it is low grade of xb or PG... breeder dun wan declare its standard so just throw it as the HBRTG and the best is sell at the lower price.... just my 2 cents....

4" in a Comm. tank. look haggard & dull in color.

Ultimately water quality and diet help too.

If got nitrate problem, it will minor problem i guess
no wonder the fish owner put dozens of feeder fish inside  wink.gif
somemore the filter of the tank must be in great conditionSince my tank got internal filter like FS does
i actually put the bio ring together with the liquid pump
since the internal filter has 2 separate parts, 1 for filter media & 1 for pump...

so far my JAR's getting healthier n hungrier whenever i came back from work
waiting at the surface for food  drool.gif  rclxm9.gif  thumbup.gif
*
hohoho bro madstone.....
pls dun misunderstand bout nitrate..... it cause by fish itself even fish also produce "urine" + sh++t taht increase nitrate+ammonia in ur tanks...in nature nitrate level absorb by the soild and so on even the river water is changing time by time. our tanks got static water and not changeable that cause nitrate trap inside it... more likely "time bomb" if u dont clean it by the time...
before this me also dun take any serious action about nitrate in my tanks till my prev YT was having "grill curl" coz by high nitrate then i do realize.....
cloudy water is not the "sign" of high nitrate and ammonia in the water because it dun have any specific color but dilute in the water components itself.

so far i dun found any media that can "remove" the ammonia and nitrate instead of reduce, but still WC is the best to overcome the problms..

normally curly grill happen if the PH level is too low (asid). the PH level drop when the ammonia in the tank is high. Just bring up the PH level and after that thing will be okay right?
*
it can cure if u take fast action where the outer part of grill infected, other words early stage.. but for my prev YT it was in serious level where hard part of grill start to curl and no possibility to cure.. the best is to do an operation..

PH low is something like 6.8 below or above 7.2?
*
fresh water like aros in nature stay at 6-6.8... mine maintain at 7.2-7.6.. but pls take notes that new tanks produce high PH.. it will reduce time by time
