is that a coral stone in there? on top the biohome media.

coral stone are temporary measure to push up PH, KH,GH and tds, it will slowly dissolve in freshwater.
it more on short term use as it will keep increasing all these parameters when it dissolve.

just sharing my new friends in the tank. quarantine them in the mini room for a short period of time to observe them closely.




previously, the casualties was due to the rusted wire mesh, now retie the moss back with new mesh.... all the shrimps are doing okay, fingers crossed.

which plants are you talking about?

i only have mini christmas moss and coral moss in my tank now though.

bucep. but not my tank, taken from shrimp garden....

Added a DIY chopstick airstone for my cherry shrimps. They seem a lot happier.
