"jentik-jentik" are dangerous to shrimp and baby shrimp?

Nice tank. What plants are those? Your marimo carpets have turned light green. Maybe can put a sponge filter for some surface agitation so the oil won't build up?

happy little shrimps, but why your Marimo turning brown? or it's the light source? lol
my own experience, when lights on, all the fauna in the tanks are freak out, which includes Otto. After a while, all things back to normal.

i'm using shrimp soil buffer down the ph, my tap water is ph7.6, with soil , it stay at ph6.4.
There is liquid tester for GH and KH as well.

Check the stone, kh cant be 4, this is very high.

i'm using Azoo 4in1 filter media in one of my tank, i notice it increase GH and tds cos inside the tank like yours only
got moss & benibachi mineral rock. KH i didn't test but is suspect this will raise too cos it also increase my PH.

Yes. Dont switch 100% , else tank cycle reset.
Put 50% new 50% old. Let it run for 2 week.
Then put in the other half but don't take out the old media first, transfer them inside the tank beneath the filter inlet. After two more week only take out the old media.

I wonder is it bcs your tank is too small to maintain the water parameter?

Perhaps something other than your water parameters are killing your shrimps i.e. airborne pollutants? Tested your water parameters?

U use tab water ? Chorine ,metal phosphate may be the cause.your photo for shrimp why environment like so clear. It stay at plastic bowl ?

U put RO water also die ? Erm . Fully ro water ? Is your tank recycle before ? Or is the shrimp workimg well pass few month or is a new introduce shrimp into tank ?

If not mistaken u r using a paper cup to top up water everyday? Could it because the paper cup u used? There is a layer of wax, maybe the vendor change to different material(wax) which release toxic to the water?

I'm quite fine, but the Neo shrimps are not 

I only have PH and Ammonia tester now, PH is 6.0, Ammonia 0.

I'm sure the TDS should not be lower than 160 since I'm using tap water with Tension Gon anti-chlorine.

Some of them died after molt, some of them just died with no reason.

btw, Im thinking of buying a GH tester, any idea which of the brands out there should I buy? Some of my buddies said the API GH tester is very difficult to differentiate between colors while Sera is better, other said otherwise... So i'm kinda confuse now
