Hi all, not sure if my posting is helpful. Just bought 1 piece of tyre 185/55R16 at JS Auto (Glenmarie) for Michelin XM2 at RM 248.68 (after 6% GST + 2 % Credit card charges)

now using proxes r36?? this size very rare..i have difficulties in finding tyres also.

Bro, you are driving CX5 with 19'inch wheel? I am using that Toyo also, very hard to find. Sigh.

my uncle driving that car..he ask me to find tyres for him..can only get 2 brands..one is the toyo r36 which he is using now..indeed this size is really rare..very hard to find tyres.

If possible for this size I'm looking for a better tire model, Goodyear and so on?

looking to change my honda city 2009 185/55/R16 tires.

so far only came across XM2 at RM280 in Kuching.
Any other recommendations? I know my tire size abit odd so not much choices. I prefer comfort and quiet tire.

I noticed that XM2 threadwear rating is 420? Does that mean the tire compound is harder and thus generating more noise?

Another choice will be toyo neo RM175 or XM2 RM215 excluding gst at klang kedai papan since your from kuching expecting more expensive than ubi land. TQ
