Hi. My unifi is having a problem for the first time in 1 year.

It appears that on my modem, only the TM logo is blinking. Previously when it's normal, LEDs for Internet and DSL should turn on/blinking and the TM logo should just light up (no blinking). Does this mean the modem is kaput already? Or just local unifi network at my area is having a problem? My modem is ZTE H268 btw.
