Tplink has issues with ipv6.im using ac2600 and they provided me a beta firmware with option (pppoe - same pppoe as ipv4)

Noted. If your model only get beta version,  i definitely will never get support for ipv6..
i switch off my IPv6.

Nope, eventually TP Link will release a firmware update for sure, as cheaper model like 841ND (Newest Version) also gets IPv6 support

dug around the support site and eventually opened a ticket with them
guessed they will send the beta firmware to us?

Hey man, finally got reply from their customer service this morning, have flashed the beta firmware,
but still having problems surfing the internet when ipv6 is enabled,

may i ask what are your settings?

IPv6: on
Internet Connection Type: PPPoE(Ticked PPPoE same session with IPv4 connection)

Advanced
Get IPv6 Address: (I tried both DHCPv6 and SLAAC, able to get IPv6 number but cannot surf net)
Prefix Delegation: (Enable or disable)
DNS address: Get dynamically from ISP or static DNSv6?
*
In my case if static DNS server is used sometimes it will not serve that DNS address in IPv6 DHCP
I'm using SLAAC, Prefix Delegation on. Where LAN is set as SLAAC+Stateless DHCP

*
for wdr4300 if without vlan supported support firmware then it has ipv6
i've asked tplink and they said they do not have plan to include it into vlan supported firmware

I checked it do support ipv6
but tp link didn't have a firmware for it, only got universal firmware which won't work on Malaysia
this is what their reply through email support I send them at yesterday midnight
*
