Can solve, just allow a suction tank and transfer pump.
*

After the water meter, just allow a water tank (normally 1/3 of total water storage capacity) and a transfer pump from that water tank outlet to internal water storage tank (normally 2/3 capacity) and kitchen.
*
i totally dun understand.
are u using a suction pump?

Rusted pipe got nothing to do with pressure but more to do with flow
*
Ya OK.
The syabas guy told me the same thing too.
I hope if I ON 2 kitchen tap the water flow still up to 80% speed, rather than now like 50% / 50%

What is the idea or correct pressure?

Too high will burst the pipe and waste water.
*
I think within 3-4 is OK for a direct pipe from meter.

Good for ground floor, when up the roof for solar water heater it gets down to 1.5 bar to 2 bar, not ideal for rain shower. Still need a pump if you really want to enjoy shower. Worst when someone open another tap at ground floor when you shower.

Agreed with you.
