Can solve, just allow a suction tank and transfer pump.

OK. Not the best but still reasonable. I don't have meter to measure but is acceptable.

After the water meter, just allow a water tank (normally 1/3 of total water storage capacity) and a transfer pump from that water tank outlet to internal water storage tank (normally 2/3 capacity) and kitchen.

Transfer pump = suction pump
My house Syabas pressure more than enough... so I don't use any pump for this purpose.

what's the problem with the pressure? this is around 2,5 bar isnt it? dont think incoming syabas is higher than that. if your flow is low then you need to check what limits the flow.

Its actually 1.7 bar. But wt that pressure u can shoot water 17 meter up.. its more than enough for ur daily consumption. Unless it drop significantly after d filter n thru ur piping system. Then u need to check.
