Here's my take on the Note 3 after using it for nearly 4 days. Supposed to write a review on Saturday but was out the whole day as I have actually expected. I'll include a lot of my own personal opinion and how I will make use of the features too. I'll start off with the S-Pen as it is after all, the main reason this device is known as a Note. Sorry if I exagerrate a lot, and feel free to comment and correct any mistakes I might have unintentionally made.

S-Pen
1. Air Command feature 1 - Action Memo : Pretty handy, and extremely accurate in my case, but will only be using it for adding new contacts and calling numbers that aren't in my contact list.
2. Air Command feature 2 - Scrapbooker : Really useful for me as I can easily capture whatever that interests me while I don't really have the time to go through them one at a time (especially during lunch breaks at work).
3. Air Command feature 3 - Screen Write : A fun feature for me, don't think I will be using it at all though.
4. Air Command feature 4 - S Finder : So far I've only been using it to find pictures in my gallery and my notes.
5. Air Command feature 5 - Pen Window : I abuse this thing A LOT, though I only use it for the calculator and Whatsapp.
All in all, the convenience of the Air Command's features provide is simply marvelous, don't think I'll be able to live without these features, especially once I start using them more often.
6. Physical design of the new S-Pen is really nice, though it now feels a tad more difficult to remove it from it's home underneath the device.
Physique
1. Faux leather back - The most obvious change, nice change to the eyes, but easily attracts dust, yet difficult to remove them (at least in my case).
2. Dimensions - I like it being taller than the Note 2, but I preferred it to be just as thick instead of being slimmer.
3. Weight - Lighter now, most users like it, but not me. I always prefer bulky and heavy devices but fortunately this weight is still acceptable to me.
4. Screen - 5.7" Full HD screen, 1080x1920 pixels, this is just awesome, my 1080p anime viewing experience have never been this good.
Battery life
1. Battery capacity - Well it's 3200mAh, only a 100 more than it's predecessor, and so far it drains quite quickly but won't be a problem since I'm mostly at home or office and a charger is always present, while having my trusty powerbank with me whenever I'm wandering aimlessly outside.
2. Charging - Using the provided 3-pin plug and the micro USB 3.0 cable, charging seems to be so fast it's unbelievable (at least for me).
Software
1. Touchwiz UI - Don't see any changes, not interested to really check it out anyways, switched to Nova Launcher as soon as I had the time to change and make heavy modifications.
2. Android 4.3 OS - Don't really see any changes here either, so no comment.
3. Lock screen - Changed quite a bit, with more customizability too. Love it mostly because the clock no longer sticks in the middle blocking my anime character's head.
Camera
Not a fan of photography, only take pictures of my anime figures most of the time, and have absolutely no knowledge in this department. All I can tell is that the pictures I take definitely look much clearer now. The new features included seem fun to play around with too, though I only found out about these after my sister tested everything out having me being her dummy.
Well that was all for my short review, now I would like to discuss about the bugs and problems listed so far, as well as minor bugs I am facing, so here goes:
1. Overheating of device, regardless of usage - Doesn't happen to me so I can't say anything on this.
2. Samsung Keyboard's handwriting feature stopped working suddenly - A temporary workaround was found (change the date to anything before 30th of September 2013), but obviously not a practical solution, so there's no choice but to wait for a fix.
3. My Nova Launcher tends to close on it's own whenever I use the back key to exit any apps. This doesn't happen a lot, only once in awhile so I'm fine with it, but please by all means share if a solution is available.
4. Whenever I receive SMS when my device is idle, I can see the new message notification on my lock screen, then upon pressing the notification, a bigger empty box appears below the notification. Though when I slide my fingers and unlock from the big empty box, it leads me straight to the message. This is not a problem, but more like I'm curious, is the message supposed to appear in that big empty box? No matter how I see it, logically it should be there. Anyone else experiencing this?
