any1 got overheating issues? especially on camera for like 5-10mins?

wats the temparature on u guys n3? mine showing 28-29deg whn idle...but once switch on camera it goes above 31..is this normal?

using cpu-z...but anyway...i can feel it physically on camera area its like toasting
