Yes, I read through every post since V1 and I hardly post comments cuz its moving too fast. Good for the thread. However I do think we do not have to go to the extent to comment on each other's "rant" about defect units, creating more problems to both parties and add to the sadness of the less fortunate.

I believe there'll be people who'll have comments about what I say too LOL!! Anyways my unit also have the bengkok defect but really, its really minor and doesn't affect the functionality of the phone. Its so minor that it goes unnoticed unless the user is like a build version of a "pixelpeeper". Don't think there's a need to insist on a 1-to-1 change for that.

I remember some of us here said this in older threads before. As long as you're happy with your phone enough la. You're the one spending money on it, why wanna focus on meticulous problems and make yourself unhappy? (I added the last sentence)

Anyways let's just be one big happy Note 3 family k?

I would like to propose to admin that flagship android phone like Note 3 should have its own subforum, so we can have seperate thread on different kind of discussion, just like iphone with its own subforum.

I personally would like to read more about tips/tricks and apps for note 3. Just my rm0.20.

Moving from Apple to this Note3, l find more features in this phone (or Android to be correct), apart from the S Pen features which would not be a fair comparison.
Satisfy with this phone and Android So far. The only 'down' side is l feel Android is more 'busy body' in checking for update. Though 'sync' is OFF, still getting unexpected notifications. Still on learning curve.

Btw, got my camera and the base holding it changed on the 2nd day. It was tilted to the left which would make any pic tilt to one side, SC Penang was fast and efficient!

I just check my unit found at the top left, just below the corner there is slight "bengkok" ..it is normal of defect..

To me, it looks normal for a plastic chassis.

Only iPhone have perfect chamfered aluminium chasis.

If no 1-to-1 exchange, I'll just keep it. I won't go and change bezel. Later got dust inside my screen. 
I think I saw this type of quality before. I think its ok as long as there's no space between screen and chassis.

You have just proved my theory that all plastic chassis phone cannot get away from this plastic chassis slight bump.

Unless Samsung start to use aluminium or better plastic (like Nokia Lumia), slight bump are here to stay.

Conclusion:-
Its not a defect.

I didn't really care about it because my fingers never reach up to the bezel above the volume buttons so its not a hindrance to me. Furthermore for those who uses casing (me included) it totally covers the bengkok already.

Don't know about others but I'm fine with such minor stuff. Not going to rage about something that was intended to make me feel good in the first place 

mine too looks like blacktubi picture,
and the right side can slide a thin paper to it,
looks at the bright side,
maybe heat more easy to disperse & if drop my phone,
screen might hard to crack coz got gap to absorb the impact----now i`m talking hooohaa....

My home button is loosen and creates 'great' clicking sound. According to Samsung Service Rep the stock will come in within next week. Lets wait till the stocks comes. I was promised an instant replacement of the home button.

i in Samsung service center in lowyat plaza..i show my bazer bengkok problem..the technician cannot seen the bengkok area..according to them so far no body complaint about this problem..he said if you insist want to claim the warranty. they will take photo the defect area then sent to their head office..they will change the bazer and screen together..but now they  dont have stock yet..

In ground floor lowyat plaza.check the bazer bengkok defect..there are 10 units demo set..3 of them has bengkok defect..so i think this normal...

any photo about the bezel issue?
