as i said, you are being exaggerated… even if the display quality decreased with optimised backlight on, doesn't mean it is so bad until we can said this phone having a bad display.. ya maybe you are picky on display, like i'm being picky on audio/earphones output, but in general 99% users are not like that.. dunno how many times need to say this.

Most of your post are just if there is 99% good thing about a device and 1% problem, you will exaggerate on the problem only, while overlook the other 99%. Especially on XZU.. isn't yellowish tint is a defect? should claim warranty or 1 to 1 exchange.

regarding the display type, not everyone fond to Amoled display.. for me, HTC One display wins anytime up till now! i prefer natural type of display, and that on HTC One

ok, actually i don't want to argue with u.. its just, the way you post your comment, more toward destructive than constructive.. another thing is, you like to compare this and other device, especially Note 3, and saying like the other device is better than XZU.. almost in all of your post, you are trying to say XZU is inferior than any other flagship out there,better get Note 3 than XZU and bla bla bla.. so thats what i said are not constructive comments.. if not, it is totally fine to comment and review.. for example, if u feel the camera is not that good, share with user here what is the best setting, or what app can be use to improve it.. or like when we encountered the optimised backlight bug, we share about the problem and how to avoid it.. that are example of constructive posting… remember when android phone was not so smooth before, we were discussing how to get it smoother by flashing custom ROMS, what is the best ROM and kernel, but not like "booo its laggy better dump and get iPhone"… do you get what i mean? stay with constructive and positive posting, then i have nothing to go against your posts.. cheer

ps: an example of a user with constructive posts is Benny888.. the way he post comment/review is natural, eventho at some point he disfavor XZU, but the way he say it, it is not toward bashing.

thats why i said, if your post is constructive, i have nothing against your post! i know your are the previous TS for this thread, which was great, and i like it when u were a TS, but then somehow u started cumulative disfavor posts on XZU.

similarly, my tablet always underutilized as hardly to bring around. but for XZU, it is still pocketable, thus it is fully utilized hence worth to buy than a tablet, unless if u want a bigger display like a 10" tablet.

ipad mini is still a tablet due to 2 reasons; 1. it too big can't put into pocket, 2. it can't make call; eventho XZU is quite big almost the size of a tablet but its a phone.

got notification for new system update 14.1.B.2.257 on my XZU OTA.. thinking twice to click update..

yeah i know, that was thru PCC right? i got OTA notification now..

do you have any more issues on the newer firmware? coz i rather stay on this firmware as it seems quite stable on my XZU except the 1 bug

I updated mine thru OTA.

No more optimised backlight option as reported. So far I did not noticed any other changes.. Hopefully ni bugs

my SBH52, the rounded button i think its faulty already.. if call come in, i click it, it does not pick up the call… long press should show call log, but it does not work at all… sighhh… this is what i call bad build quality.. only a few weeks already faulty.. sending to sc later.

are u sure will get it? i doubt.. we are still on 4.2, not even 4.3 yet, while KitKat already rolling out..
