QUOTE(nm7 @ Mar 28 2016, 01:38 AM) I am not that sure if wider or lower profile or higher profile helps. But Conti, are Conti's. They have several things on their end most Japanese manufacturers especially the smaller cars usually lack. Damper setup for one I would think is already a huge difference I mean Rio having 17" can't be the deciding factor right? Aftermarket 17" is like what? A rm3k spend at most after trade in? Rio is better equipped would be undeniable but just because of 17" is a bit bonkers. QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Mar 28 2016, 07:44 AM) Unfortunately tires would be my no1 priority. Regardless of the electronics that claimed to save you in a crazy situation, it's meaningless when you had a sub par tires that doesn't help at all. honestly, even a Proton Persona is more stable than these two as the multilink suspension is better than torsion beam.Of course, there were other factors, like pricing, free services, and equipment, but I still had my priorities on the 4 pieces of black stuff that keep me on the road. lowered spring/sports abs/right tires profile help too. |

QUOTE(soultaker @ Apr 22 2016, 02:11 AM) I don't know about special discount but today I went to Honda Showroom asking about Jazz. Max discount they can give is around RM26xx. Not sure if it's RM1500+RM1149.01(free service). I did not ask more about the discount. If you want more discount, I think better go to car dealer. Some can give you up to RM5k discount. For sure no free gift or maybe they just throw some cheap items. the E should suffice without sacrificing safety by too much.V got another extra of 4 airbags.I'm currently looking to get Honda Jazz for my wife. Can someone help me on this? 1. Buy at Honda Showroom or Car Dealer? 2. If no budget limit, which model should I choose? E or V? If I'm not mistaken, the different only on Head Unit. But the price different is around RM8k? Perhaps can use the money to buy the head unit later and change to leather seat. If can save some money, it would be better. 3. If I would like to get body kit, buy it together with car or buy later? thanks. about the body kit either - original Mugen/modulo from honda around RM4K for a full set. - 3rd party Mugen/modulo from Taiwan around RM800 - RM1.5K preinstalled arranged by your SA if u want to save time - 3rd party Mugen/modulo from Taiwan around RM800 - RM1.5K ,u shop by yourself. tips: -if u planning to install DRL/fog lamp/replace horn.... do these at one shot.U need to disassemble the bumper. -the tint offered by SA most probably is crap.not to confuse with the one offered by Honda. That one you will have a receipt. QUOTE(zhihao4456 @ Apr 21 2016, 02:38 PM) Hey guys, anyone know whether philips or osram have the DRL that can fit the OEM DRL slot beside the fog light? and usually how much does it cost for the DRL? not really fit 100% but u still can modify it.Philips DRL Daylight 4 or OSRAM LEDriving PX4.I am using both right now in different cars. PX4 is more stylish.Bought in Amazon.com for RM 250-300 each when our RM is still higher. ![]() This post has been edited by Xefron: Apr 22 2016, 08:13 AM |

QUOTE(Rambo_is_real @ May 23 2016, 01:10 PM) Guys, PX4 or Daylight4 is bigger than the OEM size,it will not fit nicely.Trust me, I bought both models and end up install at another car.LEL.I thinking to add DRL to this gap. Currently using some cheapo DRL (china) which fit the gap nicely, but its not waterproof and not bright enuf during day time. ![]() Philips DRL4 or Osram PX4 will fit it nicely? Or anyone brand? Anyone? If u insist, try this https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3840931/all ,they have one for GK5 which is waterproof and quite bright.I have installed one from them. |

QUOTE(Skoosha @ Jun 2 2016, 09:40 AM) We just got our new unit last week... Whilst exploring the touch screen I discovered that the computer records previous trip fuel consumption.... it is normal, don't worry.Your FC will get better later once you start driving your car often. We collected the car with 22 KM on the clock from Honda.. But it is showing that from 0-22 it was using 4L/KM....is this normal? It looks to me like someone has taken the car for a good thrashing before we got it... Can anyone shed some light on the high FC? |

QUOTE(ikhwandayne @ Jun 9 2016, 08:05 AM) Hi all, it is not a defect, they used a cheap way to insulate the sound using the rubber lining around your doors hence the difficulty in closing the doors.give it a time,u can close the door with one time try. It's been a week now I drive my Jazz 1.5 E Spec. Already done my first 1000 km service. So far so good. The only problem I noticed is the driver's door a bit hard to close on the first try. Some said it's a defect from Honda's factory in Melaka. What should I do and is it only me facing this problem? |

QUOTE(mym123 @ Aug 11 2016, 03:14 PM) Most friends said there are benefits of using ron97 against ron95 such as better milage etc.....however i read once in <link removed> and they do the testing on it....the result.... No beneficial at all with regards with better mileage etc.....higher ron only applicable if u are running on turbo engine....NA engine no need for ron97 or ron100..... I have done my own test, rotate RON 95-97-100 for 6 months, same driving conditions... in term of fuel consumption it is the much the same.the only different maybe just the throttle response. |
