My wife's jazz ge currently cannot be started.

I turn the key but it cant ignite, meter panel blinking as I keep turning.

No sign of weak battery as I can turn the radio.

Now waiting HIP to come n have a look.

the mechanic appointed by HIP came & jumpstarted the car.

so it was battery exhausted.

mileage 35k km, 14mths battery.

how much a battery costs?

pls refer to user manual.

for my wife's GE, 3mths or 5k km interval, whichever come 1st.

i only used mineral..5k km only..

guys whose car is jazz GE ckd petrol with original battery, i need a favor:
could u snap few pics of the original battery?

it would be nice if the pics contain brand, size, current rating etc.

recently my battery kong, changed to some other brand but i noticed smthg different:
1. front light suddenly when aircond compressor kicks in,
2. aircond flow inconsistency, suddenly kuat later slow and kuat balik.

i was thinking of one's car got alarm problem, then pulling off the battery connector as to kill the alarm temporarily, while waiting for the technician to fix.

last time, my mom's gen2 got problem with it's clock spring, the alarm went on & on until my father disconnected the battery.

for new GK 2015: S 69k; E 76k; V 84k.

for 2014 V 66k look like a good price.

but 18k depreciation over a year is much.

i believe so, u must do that.

normally car will have 3years /100k km warranty.
during this period, people normally go to service center as to have the warranty.

for 1year old car, its almost impossible to reach 100k km.
moreover, service history should be available.

or they dont want to spend money on centralized database.

as nm7 told us earlier regarding UV rejection, IR rejection & TSER, have u studied them?

see, it's like choosing a pair of shoes; comfort, design & waterproof etc.
then comes the brand power.
if cheaper brand can offer same satisfaction as expensive brand, then go for cheaper brand.

when my wife bought the car in 2013, the salesman showed us Llumar.
i forgot what product that Llumar tint is, later i check for u.
if u ask me, im satisfied with that Llumar.

really its difficult to differentiate what brand is good or not good, since there isnt specimen/model comparison available.
