For the price that you pay, I think Puncak Jalil is a wise choice as the location is near to KL town.
No doubt, the traffic especially the early morning to work is killing.
My sister have a double storey house there and it very easily rented out. And is worth RM400K now.
I bought my terrace house in Seri Petaling (just to get near my parents) 2 years ago for RM700K, (now probably worth >RM800K). At thesed 2 plauce is merely a distance of 3km-4km. Seri Petaling is almost 30 yrs jor.
So end of the day is depends on what is your priority, For puncak Jalil, for me , if the title issued out and house condition is good, why not ?

Well said. Puncak Jalil jam issue will be solved somehow when commercial development in BJ is done. Location is far better than Sierra 16, Putra Permai or even Putra Heights.
