do note USN and IJN dont mix well together, in another word only allies will get into Japanese navy fleet
some of abyssal ship already got referred as USS ship

chances is low, maybe never
the possible foreign ships so far is Russian(since IJN give Hibiki to Russian as gift), British Royal Navy(Kongou is commission by British), German(though is not related to IJN but we got 4 ship in game)

France ship is maybe in future because IJN is influenced by French "Jeune École"

the problem is Kancolle is Japanese game which target for Japanese people, the foreign kanmusu is a bonus not a must added in game so dont expect that until they finish make all IJN ship which is like more than 200 ships already
plus lots of Japanese player will be feeling uneasy with presence of America kanmusu, which is same to me too even though I am a foreign player, I dont want see USN ship A kill IJN kanmusu B in doujin and fanart like real life history

just leave the bigger roster of warship in other game man, like the World of Warship

that is for doujin fandom, the official KanColle state abyssal fleet as alien try to invade mankind, even the game dont reveal much true info about the abyssal fleet
