air radar have low accuracy than surface radar, usually use for anti-air attack
go get the Type 22 Surface radar Kai 4, high accuracy stat
can get from quest reward

can know resources used chart, and record the regular and event battle data
dont sure can know my past E1-E4 Spring '15 event data

what is the plug in?
KC3 Kai(yes kai, not the old KC3) seem like having all KCV have
the Exp calculator tool and sorta like that, both also have it but KC3 Kai have more function
and it is still in beta phase, the creator state it will have more function in future

the only thing I think KCV is better KC3 Kai you can export log data of your Kancolle data for your analysis
