the original article did mentioned about them preparing BB kai2 so its not wrong just no confirmed words of when it will be implemented only

BB Kai 2 huh? All Kongou Class get their already. Iowa and Warspite are out of question because too soon.

Littorio got Kai 2 with name as Italia.
I guess Roma will be one because of Italia. They better make Roma available outside event drop.
Nagato class is fine too. I doubt Yamato class tho.

BB kai2 they mentioned its main force(主力), so probably nagato class fit the descriptions more.
