Hi guys,
I want to ask, after 2 years, if I want to downgrade my Unifi (VIP 10 to VIP 5) is there a charge? I called to Unifi just now, they said there's a charge RM200 for my downgrade, hence I want to clarify you guys here. |

Guys, thanks for the replies.
Well as been pointed out, I am not sure why there is a charge for downgrade after the two years but seems like this cannot be bypasssed. I do not see this mentioned in the T&C at all |
