Hi guys, it's been maybe 2 months now I notice my 10mbps unifi upload speed is somehow capped at 1mbps only, before this was always at least at 10mbps even more 11-12mbps. Anyone also experiencing this? any solution?

think u call unifi and check with them.
supposely the upload should be around 80%->110% of ur download
sometimes is higher than ur download speed.

Yes, back then was always higher then my download speed, 11-12mbps. Will try to call and make the report, I just want to make sure if this is abnormal. Thx everyone for the help.

I notice my upload speed also capped at the 'correct' speed. Mine is vip10. Before this, it is always more than 1MB, at least 1.5MB upload speed.

Also, what you can do is when you do speedtest, try open your IPTV as well.  The broadcast will scrambled. This is very weird because IPTV should not be affected if you are downloading from your internet because it is separate vlan.  But mine, i notice this. Made a report, still nothing.

If they really cap the upload speed this low, this is a bad news, that's why i prefer to see if anyone else with VIP10 try to do speedtest.my see the result. Thx bro!

this is my speediest on vip20. is this within the normal range or i have to call tmnet to complain ?
*
I would say complain, because my friend that is using VIP 20 getting at least 20mbps download speed. Unless you tested it when the line is not "clear" like someone or you are downloading something at the time speedtest was running.

Just got upgraded to VIP20. Guy came to my house on Saturday, said it'll be done in 5 days, which I assumed would be 5 working days.

Upgraded from VIP10? Are we actually allowed to change the subscription if we still have the contract on, maybe like from VIP10 to VIP20 or vice versa?
