Anyone can advise of this problem?

My company new office applied unifi. Everything was working perfectly until boss decided to put a fax /printer in office. By right, if we used a splinter, the fax can share line with telephone. But now we can fax out but cannot receive incoming fax. Our machine tech support came to troubleshoot and they advise to contact unifi.

I rang unifi just a moment ago, the customer service is quite courteous and helpful so far. He advised it could be network error at our location area. He said he would send this report and will get back to me in 24 hours.

Anyone has encountered the same situation before?
