Heard that got ppl offer 10mbps package without HyppTV for RM148 is this true? If yes where can I subscribe to this?

For a double storey house, is it better to install the BTU on the ground floor for HyppTV and then use Homeplug for internet access upstairs or the other way round for maximum internet speed?

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I would need to postpone my UniFi installation after 3 months time. I'm thinking at the meantime, can I install Streamyx BB deal first and then upgrade to UniFi, is there any contract for BB deal ?
