I am in PJ ss3/4 area ... anybody else having problem where the Unifi is totally .. gone? Like as in it shows a red light for the optical led on the Unifi modem..

Would like to ask, I wanna downgrade my UNIFI from 20mbps package to 5mbps package, contract already end but will there be any charge? And if I downgrade it before 5th November, will my next bill stay 20mbps bill or change to 5mbps bill?

D/L and U/L speeds used to be around 10Mbps My D/L today: 7.72Mbps My U/L today: 3.69Mbps  |

Guys, i would like to know what are the steps for terminating my Unifi subscription. Had enough of the unstable connection and inconsistent throughput. FYI, my 2 years contract is already up. Any ideas what do i need to do? How long would it take? Anything i need to return to TM?

I have few Unifi accounts under my name. Yesterday got 4 SMS from Unifi stated on the 6th NOV 2013 - 10th NOV 2013, Unifi will have a major maintenance at "Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara, Shah Alam & Petaling Jaya" or nearby area from 9.00PM to 6.00AM. I'm sure many people will rant on that date

try to off all router, phone and box for 5 minutes or more. then on it back. it will solve the problem.

nope voip running good. only unifi internet speed decreased from 20mb to 11mb. while my 5mb decreased to 2mb.
